Here's a quick guide for you Poojeet, OP, and for anyone stumbling onto this.
If your derailleurs have one of the names circled in red, or no name at all, you were better off with a single speed.
Compared to theese rock bottom systems that go out of tune as soon as you take them out of the store, a single speed bike will last you a decade if you lube the chain bi-yearly or so, or two decades with basic maintenance, with wheels and spokes being the limiting factor most likely.
A single speed bike will make you a stronger rider when accelerating from a stop, and a better rider with better control skills when doing 30 km/h (as if you were gonna go faster than that).
Anyone with any bike mechanic experience or anyone who has a single speed/fixie can confirm this.
