Depends on speed.
If you're going slow / standing in traffic the safety gear and heat from below make it impossible to sweat off the heat on a motorbike.
If you're going reasonably fast the wind will keep it bearable on the bike, but will cause buffeting in the car to the point where you'll want to close the windows.
