Hello, I am European and I would like to study railway engineering, in my own country it's 4k€ and it's a post grad 1y course, aka a specialization, but, I feel we're a bit behind, so, I would like to ask if you guys know other nations in Europe with a good metro or train system where I can learn and/or study there once I am done with my bachelors degree.
