3. And this is the most insane part; HAVING LESS THAN 10 PEOPLE DOING ALL OF THE NON-LABOR WORK. Holy shit, this project is worth over $120B and they have 10 people doing all of the financing, planning, legal, negotiations, etc. That is fucking insane. I couldn't image such a small team for a $1B project let alone one of the most expensive in the world.
