Basic strategy is to buy an offroad bike, and not ride it offroad. Bikes are routinely rated for 140 kgs, for people to huck off of the sides of peruvian cliffs. You will want probably an ENTRY level hardtail made by a reputable maker.
If you want something heavier duty, they exist as well, both in cargo bike form and reinforced bikes.
Normally it's the spokes that fail. Breaking a fucking axle is rare even for lardasses.
