at this point it would take such a monumental effort to revert course that I doubt it's even possible. tear up all the millions of acres of suburbs, including all the utilities and roads for them. same goes for the big box stores and federal/state/municipal institutions such as universities that would be too far away to access accept for the elite. re-centralize everything into the inner city. it would be the biggest logistical feat ever conceived. more work and effort than building the fucking pyramids of giza.
