There's a hierarchy of danger, and of care and responsibility.
As for getting mad at every random cunt who gets in your way in a city you're basically turning what could be an extremely fun activity (cruising and dodging) into an anger session, and that's not good for your own self. Riding a bicycle is fun and destresses me and people who ride around looking for excuses to get mad are fucking up their own life. It's not a good way to exist.
Especially who get mad about pedestrians. Pedestrians are allocated a fraction of the space that they should be in a city. The wider problem of conflict between bicycles and pedestrians is not due to stupidity on an individual level.
