Secondly, you're misunderstanding the complaint that conservatives have. People in general don't want to be compelled to support something or alter their culture around something they don't particularly care about. Whether that be gay pride or animal rights or whatever. Notice I said normal people. Most normal people are pretty turned off by the LGBT movement the past few years. There's very little Pride Month bullshit this year. Conservatives are just the most vocal about this stuff.
Normal people are sick of having irregular sexual orientations, identity disorders, and kinks shoved down their throats constantly by society and the media. Its fucking weird that normal people are pressured to validate someone else's sexual proclivities.
I'm willing to bet most mainstream conservatives don't have a problem with LGBT people as-such or having basic rights like everyone else. I have no problem with gay people personally. I have gay friends. I've had gay roommates. None of those guys made it their complete identity or expected me to be "proud" of their sexual orientation or show overt support for it. I shouldn't have to list my pronouns when I'm obviously a biological male who identifies as my biological sex, just like 99.9% of the population, and I will not tolerate being referred to as they/them because someone doesn't want to "assume" my gender. And I'm not even conservative. I just don't tolerate patronizing the mentally ill.
