Is there a country that has clear signage for bicycle roads with regards to who has priority on crossings with car lanes or other bike lanes? I don't think the Netherlands count in this case because they built their entire infrastructure around bikes while I'm looking for solutions that could also be implemented in other environments

It's not necessarily artificial though. It's natural for bicycles to have priority on many urban and suburban streets.
Just as pedestrians also have natural right of way in many contexts, agricultural or other work vehicles like tractors have right of way in many contexts.

The idea of treating all vehicles 'the same' in all contexts is delusional and retarded.

It's artificial. Absolutely. And stupid. Also it's always cagers who dream up and advocate for those ideas. They literally found a solution to their problem and came up with a way to shill it to NPCs as a solution to others problems. I have a car, yes. It's mostly used to pick up bicycle projects and go on road trips. In the past 2 years i have driven to work once.

It does not apply to everything.

Busy arterial roads hugely benefit from bicycle lanes, for everyone. It is safer and more efficient. You may find it viable to cycle on every road, I also do. But not everyone is a fit daring young man. The sign of cycling health in a city is gender parity, and the other yardstick is whether you would be ok with your 10 year old cycling across town.

That's a metrics but basically 10% meet the first one and below 1% the second one.
And that excludes north american cities.

I would think this sign should be clear enough. I mean, if you have a drivers license I expect you to know what it means. It's only like the second most important traffic sign to know. But a lot of drivers seem to have no idea.

All those issues cited are not issues of roads or sharing roads. They are issues of related to the motorists mindset and behaviour.
