Still, I can't understand those who bring a loudspeaker into the subway and crank it as soon as the doors close. Do they think we want to hear their music? Do they want people to leave the car? Do they simply just like their music deafening? I'm guessing option 3, but there is a bit of truth to all of those. Maybe there's a certain quality to overdriven distortion.
I guess because they'll play music on a loudspeaker outside or in a car, a subway car isn't much different to them, especially since they don't care that others are locked in with them.
