so im looking up california prop 24 and they want to borrow 10billion in bonds with additional 6billion in interest to do things like :
build wind mills, access more water, heat proof the state...

seems like theyre just funding big contractor companies to build shit. and then of course a big bonus to the bankers.

seems like just funneling money into the elites pockets cuase theyre the ones that profit off everything
