There's a line of logic that 1 speed chains are actually the cheapest and worst quality and -not- to use them for SS setups. That SS specific chains only really exist for shitters (which is what most SS and IGH bikes are). I know people who run new 11spd on their SS .
SS specific chains are sometimes designed slightly differently to not drop when they wear out but if you're -actually- concerned with 'my bike needs to be reliable!' then you could also just check your chain wear occasionally. I think the better/more expensive chains WOULD last longer, maybe the e-bike rated ones.
Then it's a question of what would run most smoothly on your drivetrain, and you haven't said what it even is. That ime can be quite random between different chains and is more about trial and error.
