>>2039157QR is the cheaper form of axle for bikes, it has no issues if you are not doing a lot of wheel changes or really heavy downhill/XC biking so it's a nothingburger, 3x means it has 3 gears in the front and a front derailleur, road/gravel and MTBs of any quality have all started using 2x or 1x drivetrains because they are simpler, more durable and overall better and the extra gears are simply not needed and annoying to use.
