Hard to say. Isn't there a pilot shortage? That may force airlines into using bigger planes, limiting the impact.
Another issue is that Airbus needs to make planes faster, it'll have a limited impact for a long while until they can actually deliver, and it also prevents major shifts in market shares, airlines won't so easily switch to all A320 for cross-use with 321XLR when it's not possible to get the necessary planes in a decade+.
