There is some movement of automobiles and parts between Mexico/USA/Canada, but nobody is shipping unit grain from the Canadian prairies to Mexico as far as I know. I'm not even sure they do an intermodal service from Canada to Mexico. CN and CP-KCS(before the merger) did/do ship oil from Alberta to the Gulf of America for refining and the former has done the same with Canadian wheat. Really, though, the north-south market just isn't that strong.
