Also, I think you're overcomplicating this OP, if you're going straight on the I-105 then you don't need to do anything, same as if you're just going straight on the I-110. You're acting like you're always going to have to use the offramps.
Stacked Interchanges are also a thing in Europe and many parts of East Asia as far as I'm aware so I'm wondering what third world land you must hail from where this concept is so alien to you
