>>977384Well we are actively trying to modernise the system and make it less third world, it's just taking a while since no one in the City or Province seems to want to fund the TTC. Sure they'll pay to expand the system, but god be damned if they actually put in to money to operate and maintain it.
Still thats more than I can say for other Metro systems in North America
