As far as I can remember they're a bit heavier than the lightest offerings from RS/Fox/DT Swiss but are stiffer torsionally.

I never really understood why people freak out abut them. I think they look cool.

It depends on the gravel I guess but doesn't tyre width/volume matter more than tread?

sold A LOT of bikes, saved cannondale from fringe of bankruotcy in an era where kona was dominating the market

i never bought into it but i saw everyone in my upper middleclass suburb ride them when i lived with my parents
