2. I'm yanking my arms and legs at the same time when I should be straightening the arms first then extending the hips.
Not much to do now other than just keep practicing and grow some testicles.
(in other news, put that sprocket on my mate gave me, cleaned out and regreased everything in my bottom bracket at the same time and the drivetrain feels so much better now).
