Some dude who always leaves his bike at the train station has a WIDE TURN sign on the back, so I guess he has a trailer or a big ass crate or some shit, but he also has a vertical piece of PVC pipe right in the middle of his handle bars.
No fucking clue what it could be and I never get to ask him.
