California is basically one massive water recycler. Seawater is evaporated by the sun, which forms precipitation, which rains down on the mountains and filters into the streams and rivers. The unique mountain ranges and climate makes it the largest source of fresh water in the USA for that reason.
What happened is that Californians waste all that water.
Google Tulare Lake. There used to be a gigantic body of fresh water in the middle of the state. But it's gone now, because californians are retarded.

I've lived there for a time. They already have probably a dozen of these pipes already in place going from the valley into the dessert. And these are just what you can see from the 5 and the 15.

God you people are stupid, you act like it's impossible to build a fucking pipe. California is full of man made canals stretching across the entire Sacramento valley into LA, and LA is full of pipes heading into the desert already to bring them water.

I'm more in favor of fresh water being used in agricultural areas than shipping it to a desert for people to live. Desert people should desalinate sea water and be self sufficient rather than leeching water from the parts of the state that receive it naturally
