Michael Lamb, who has an extensive criminal history, allegedly left a homemade casserole with a note for officers.
"Last week, we had an individual walk into the police department I guess you'd say with some sort of casserole that was homemade," explained Fairport Police Officer Connor Cantwell. "Inside the casserole was a number of different things, including dog feces, chicken nuggets, grapes, sprinkles, Brillo pad, as well as a live .223 round commonly used in an AR-15. He walked out, basically told us 'Make sure you eat this off duty,' and laughed as he walked out."
Police said Lamb was also carrying drugs. He's also known to local law enforcement across the county for several incidents, most recently on Sunday, when he allegedly stole from Target on Hylan Drive in Henrietta and resisted arrest.
He was arraigned in that case and is currently being held in the Monroe County Jail without bail due to being a convicted felon.
