>>1489798>>1490361Not really. I get that you're mad, I'm mad too. But here's how reality works:
>Epstein Transparency Act>https://www.congress.gov/119/plaws/publ38/PLAW-119publ38.pdfSec 2.c.1 Permitted Withholdings details a number of reasons that names of non-victims may remain classified.
Sec 2.c.2 says that each and every one of those reasons must have a publicly available justification, published on the federal register:
>https://www.federalregister.gov/The only part of the Act that they didn't do perfectly is the timeline, which was unrealistic. 30 days (Sec 2.a ) to go through millions of files. It took them 90 days instead (Nov 19 2025 - Feb 16 2026), which still required a Herculean effort.
Now that the full release required in Sec 2 has happened, Sec 3 triggers, and they have 15 days to provide a legal summary for the justification of the redactions.
If those redaction justifications aren't legitimate, they will be challenged in a court of law and the rulings will determine if they are ultimately unredacted or not.
Like I said, I get it, we are all mad. And they took 90 days instead of 30 days! But there's nothing nefarious here. The Act is being followed (minus the arbitrary and insane timeline) and if it's determined to have not been followed, there are mechanisms which will be enacted to enforce compliance.
This is America. We have the rule of law. Sorry it's not always as fast as people want.
Not a single pedo will get away. When we are done with them they will be punished to the full extent of the law, and socially ostracized beyond that.
