measure 114 is a ballot initiative that passed in oregon 50.7% to 49.3%. The measure would ban the sale of new magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, create a permitting process for buying a gun and let local police chiefs and sheriffs block people from buying guns because they don't personally like the person, such as if the person was black, a faggot, a tranny or a woman.
