This would be an interesting world. Every child would be made to hunt as early as possible and understand life and death...I think people would go as far as getting a puppy when the child is born and making the child kill the puppy at ten due to some "illness" the adults made up. Probably wouldn't be as fucked of a world as it sounds, though...would probably be better in many ways.
