Some time ago The dutch department of justice sent a mail to the university this guy was attending. In it warning the university of troubling behaviour and they questioned if he was a good fit to become a doctor. The guy posted this mail on 4chan, ranted about it and believed the system was against him. After he failed his exams and lost his job as a result he got mad and today he caused this incident and murdered three.

Can someone find his original post with the mail here? I don't know how to.
