During this shameless exploitation of these tragic events for political gain, which lacked empathy for the victims of the attack, McDaniel repeatedly attempted to blame President Biden. This, coupled with her opening statement, indicates that many in the Republican Party view the horrific attacks through a political lens, focusing on how it can benefit their party. Throughout the interview, there were no solutions or suggestions presented, just a focus on blaming President Biden. It should be pretty obvious that the last thing you would say after a horrific attack is, "This is a great opportunity." Instead, this was the first statement McDaniel made in the interview.
