per US news and world report, california is 38th in the country in prek-12 education. Surely banning the suspension of kids being assholes will totally make the schools better. It won't make it so the rest of the class can't learn while one kid is disruptive. It won't make it so teachers avoid the state of california, or at least city schools. surely there will be no education consequences for making sure kids face no consequences for their actions. By the way, california is also the state doing away with 8th grade algebra and advanced math classes due to the "racial achievement gap"
