Should it be of note that the town Chief Administrative Officer Kathleen McGannon is the mother of Ms. Schiel, and they share a family residence. Since the budget of the department is not very large, how was the theft overlooked for years? The town residents should at the very least been informed of the full extent of the losses and deficiencies in town management.
