If you're really arguing in good faith, I'm genuinely curious how you imagine a fair and representative election to take place in a country where a good chunk of the voters are either under occupation or fled the country, another chunk is at the front in the trenches and their are constant air raids. How do you make sure, all those people get the chance to vote and, more importantly, how do you make sure that by the end of it, nobody has any doubts as to the legitimacy of the results?
