But to answer your question, no. It kinda just aggregates news, and the bias and factuality ratings are just how they perceive the source as a whole, not the how the source is covering the story itself. Take this story for example:
https://ground.news/article/bidens-2-steps-on-immigration-could-reframe-how-us-voters-see-a-major-political-problem-for-him_c97c70Sixteen (as of the time of this post) publications are aggregated as covering this story, with their own individual bias and factuality ratings. But of those 16, 13 of them are just the same exact verbatim article from the AP newswire, just copy-pasted. And one of the three that isn't just that same AP article is an opinion piece (even though Ground News labeled the source as "high factuality").
