ACB, Kavanaugh and Roberts really don't want definitively make rulings on abortion at all beyond sending it back to the states and letting the states decide that shit, and Alito, Thomas and Gorsuch who all want no baby murder ever. when Idaho correctly banned all baby murder brandon and harris said idaho can't get medicare unless they do emergency abortions. because Kavanaugh and Roberts didn't want to definitively decide it, Roberts, Kav, ACB and the commies made a deal where they would rule the cases as “improvidently granted"
