How can any judge whose adult daughter is working for the principal rival of a presidential campaign, prosecuting his republican counterpart not be biased in anyway. The judge should have refused himself from the start because of this perceived bias.

Even if a judge says they can’t separate themselves from conflicts they should recuse themselves from the appearance of conflict. The judge should never make a case about themselves

This was a conflict of interest problem from day one. And it's hard to believe that the many poor decisions made by the Judge during the trial wasn't, at least in part, influenced by his daughter's livelihood working for the Dems and his own bias. He should have recused himself. When the case is...
