A laughing horde of bicyclists attacked a California liquor store worker before screaming as the worker pulled a gun on his attackers and fleeing during a chaotic scene caught on video.

Another biker, wearing a balaclava, rushes up behind the worker and punches the unsuspecting victim in the side of the neck before landing another punch on the worker’s head, prompting others to follow suit.

“ShotSpotter” is a gunshot detection system that alerts first responders when it picks up gunfire.

Officers “located evidence of a shooting,” but there were no reports of any injuries, according to the outlet.

No arrests were made in Saturday’s melee.

The employee put his gun away but remained outside the store as several people attempted to confront him after he pulled out the weapon.

Glad the guy was armed. That kind of attack needs to be met with deadly force. Way outnumbered by bike riding rabble, he had no other option. How come these gangs are not targeted by police? Proper use of police power would reduce the need for civilian self-protection which police and city officials do not favor because of the chance of accident or over-reaction. However, liquor stores are prime targets, and will probably always need to self protect.

Not in California. Unless you are “connected “ with an”official “ in California obtaining a CCW is nearly impossible, and remember this mess is in Oakland, one of the biggest cesspools in the country.
