To be fair, they returned the legality of infanticide back to the states.
The president can't do much about the supreme court's ruling except sign a law, but no such law legalizing murder of the unborn on the federal level has been proposed to the best of my knowledge.
Which means these people shouldn't even bother voting for federal Democrats to support their lust for dead babies. They should focus more on the state and local elections to satisfy their need for fresh dismembered fetuses.
