how divorced from reality can you be? Biden is doing the bare minimum to help Ukraine. Even with bipartisan support for the lend-lease act he didn't use a cent from it as far as I'm aware. He's constantly placing restrictions on Ukraine, even now they are only allowed to use the long range missiles in the Kursk area only.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is some sort of attempt to save face, because I would be willing to bet that if Trump ends up deciding to send weapons, there won't be any restrictions.
