The leadership at Local 424 has been caught using manipulative tactics to silence dissent and control members. Instead of standing up for workers, they’re using legal threats and intimidation to maintain power. This is not about union solidarity—it’s about greed, power, and control.

I’ve personally experienced the union’s failure to protect workers and their abuse of authority. When I tried to withdraw from the union as a permit holder, I was misled, ignored, and ultimately silenced with a cease and desist letter aimed at shutting me down.

This is part of a larger pattern of abuse that every member of IBEW Local 424 needs to recognize. The union leadership’s corrupt actions go unchecked while workers continue to suffer. The time for silence is over.
