Ironically, her job was to restore gun rights to people, which she did several times, so you should be celebrating how many people she gave guns back to. Like, legitimately. In the eyes of the law you are considered guilty in all contexts. There is no difference save for the actual admittance where the person (effectively) says "I committed that crime". All No Contest means is you're not contesting that you committed the crime instead of admitting it.

And this is relevant how? This isn't another civil court case. The question is, by law, did he contest that he beat his girlfriend. The answer is no, which, guilty plea or no contest plea, means he's on a domestic abuser list.
