why isn't NYT or the post covering this? also this is significant and shows that dems should not be allowed to be judges on any level since in 2016 Caetano v. Massachusetts the scotus ruled unanimously 8-0 that stun guns are prima facie arms. how the fuck do you have a district court case that says literally the exact opposite of a scotus case?
