Do you guys think Karmelo Anthony acted in self defense?
This lawyer said that bringing a knife to school isn't illegal. But according to Texas law it's illegal if it's over a certain length. She is claiming it was self defense. What are you guys thinking? I don't think there is enough information out their to make a determination but so far it looks like murder to me.

Self defense is an affirmative defense, meaning the burden of proof shifts from the prosecution proving anything, to the accused needing to prove that he was both defending himself and that his own life was in danger.

He's going to get convicted. Nobody is going to prove the dead white kid was a threat to the black kid with a knife, and this is Texas.
