Russia strongly condemns nuclear escalation in the Middle East

Putin said Russia condemns Israel's actions. The country violated the UN Charter and international law, he continued.
According to the Russian leader, Moscow did everything to settle the situation around Iran's nuclear program peacefully. Among other things, it has put forward certain initiatives, thanks to which it was possible to reach certain agreements. Putin concluded by noting that Russia intends to further promote de-escalation in the Middle East.

Well partially that's just Realpolitik. Just like how a bunch of nations don't condemn Russia because they believe they have more to gain from that. Or how countries like ROK and Isreal held back on military support to Ukraine, because Russia the damage Russia could do to them far outweighs the damage they would do to Russia with aforementioned support.
But aside from that you'd have to do some interesting gymnastics to put US wars on the same level as Russia's land-grabs with a side of genocide

Something tells me you might lack the nuance to have this conversation. As I said, there's plenty to criticize about the US but yes their deterrence and post WW2 alliance structure did in fact bring peace to parts of the world.
Anyways, not really relevant to the conversation that was happening. Does the US just live rent free in your head?
