This company hCentive Inc. was (its bought by another company) a small to mid IT firm working on “Obamacare” federal and state enrollment websites. I have seen at least 20-30 L1-A fraud/misuse here. The total may even be more. The Modus operandi is same, designate a non manager as manager, change HR system entry and apply for L-1A visa. So without further ado here is story for two of these people.

The story starts on 10/23/2018 with one of hCentive director sending email saying these two persons will now be managers. So now two persons are managers under Anshul Katoch and He will be reporting to “Akhilesh Sharma”. Akhilesh Sharma works from India as seen by phone number too, while all other are in US — this is a trick of keeping a member in chain in India, because this can be changed easily in HR system which is maintained by HR India team. So from Leads these were made into managers which can be used to apply for L1-A Manager Visa. Actually as soon as their designation was changed to manager, it was changed to Sr Manager too.

Here are few more tricks which is employed — while hCentive is almost all based on visa, to apply L1-A visa, always few US citizens were kept under these people.
