If you look at the file name of this thread, and compare it to the file name of the other thread, it's obvious that whoever made this thread was so mind fucked that they downloaded the image and then made a copycat thread with the same content.

What you're not understanding (probably because you have been lucky enough not to have to go to the ER recently) is that illegals use ER's for primary care. And because in states like CA the gov just pays the hospital (as much higher "emergency" rates) hospitals have no incentive to turn them away when they come to get non-emergency treatment.

What you fail to understand is that the state and the government pay the hospital in these 14 mostly Democrat controlled states, and in the remaining states the hospital is fucked to death and treated a immigrant free of charge.
So, the problem is Democrats want to ensure their donors get paid to treat illegals thus generating steady streams of income.

Depends on where you live. Urgent has the same scope outside of more complex chronic issues, BTW.
So you can go to urgent care for an acute illness like an ear ache or similar. If you're too ill they'll refer you to an ER.
