This judicial decision is believed to be based on previous court decisions which held that "since the car was traveling in a straight line, negligence exists even if the car was intentionally traveling at several hundred kilometers per hour."
This is completely unacceptable to the bereaved families, and we believe it is a problem for society as a whole, especially from the perspective of preventing and deterring traffic accidents.
