Buildings can be built in a few months. But if you're correct then President Trump will just pause elections for a few years until the ballroom is finished.

They also don't cost 400m. Think of a 5 million dollar house, forget the price of the land. That is a fuck-you house 15000sq ft with indoor pool and helicopter pad. Now imagine 80 of those next to each other. A ballroom does not cost 400m, it's another grift.
