it will take 5 years for them to leverage a class action lawsuit against a few of the biggest pharma companies in the world and they will probably try to settle quietly but given the scope of it lets just say some one is going to jail. no jury would settle for less so all it takes is 1 guy to refuse the settlement and take it to court
