Once you've tripped enough you realize that what you have left to experience after the colors, entities, revelations and search for meaning, is what's been there all along. Without ever having tripped at all, I doubt one could appreciate how grand the outside world is compared to the fantasies we make in our heads or on screens or paper. But at the end of the day, yes, what matters is to experience what's right in front of you.
