I have several other survival/bushcraft books, but this one has the best overall density of actually usable info and is physically very light weight (can only vouch for the printing that has the cover in pic related in that regard, never physically seen the one with the newer cover). It has shelters, fire, making cordage, pottery, baskets and such. I don't know of any that cover fences. What kind of fences do you have in mind?
On YouTube, there are some good channels, but it's generally best to search a specific subject and watch several on it to get varying viewpoints and knowledge levels.
