But I could see myself buying one for the wife or just having one in the car to give to a friend or something. I have some el cheapo open reels with 5.5 foot 2 pc poles that basically fill that niche already. I just hate having to take two long ass poles that I'm not even gonna fish with very much. Frankly if telescoping poles aren't shit I could even see myself getting one just to mindlessly catch cut bait fish while I'm waiting for a catfish bite
