i cant even remember how many thermoses ive killed over the years. but ive alwats bought kind of cheapish no-brandname kinds of ones. couple of weeks ago i bought a Primus. loving the quality and man oh man does it keep heat. it comes with a traditional valve which i have grown to hate because that always seems to be the part that fails. and a just straight up screw on plug that keeps it warm longer and you have no mechanism to fail. 10/10
i carry a cup too because i hate the lid cups on thermoses.
